When it comes to counting your tees, make sure you or one of our staffies count ’em up before you jet or before you sign that invoice. Once that’s done, it’s final – no take-backsies! Opt not to count? Then you’re cool with the amount you got, no complaints later, ja? Orders are kept on ice for 48 hours max. After that, if you haven’t paid up, they go back on the rack. Wanna return something? That’s chilled, but there’s a 15% handling fee on the full value of the returned goods. And that’s only for correctly invoiced stock that we approve for a comeback. All our web prices are VAT-excluded, and that VAT’s a whole 15%, just so you know. Lastly, what you see on your screen might not be the exact hue of the tee. So maybe grab a sample first, okay?
